Refund Process

  • We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee starting from the date of product delivery.

  • If you qualify for a refund, the amount will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Refunds will be issued through theBank Transfer, so provide your account number at support@obsova.com.

  • Shipping costs for the return may be borne by the customer unless the product is confirmed to be damaged or defective.

Replacement Process

  • If your product is eligible for replacement, we will arrange to send you a replacement once the damaged or defective product is received and inspected.

  • Please note that replacements are subject to product availability.

Return Instructions

  • Do not send the product back without prior approval and instructions from our support team.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging along with the invoice.

  • Claims made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
